Parle Elizabeth is a joint venture company formed in 2008 between Parle Global Technologies Pvt. Ltd., India and Elizabeth Carbide Die Co., U.S.A. The joint venture objective is to manufacture High Quality Tooling and Tablet Presses in India.
Tooling Products from Parle Elizabeth have their presence in over 65 countries and Tablet Press Machines in 34 countries.
Tablet Compression Tooling are integral to a tablet press & Parle has invested in a dedicated manufacturing facility for tooling at Vasai, Mumbai location. With the current developments in tablet manufacturing, high precision & reliable tooling are necessary to consistently produce tablets at high speeds. Parle- Elizabeth Tools Pvt. Ltd. is able to design & develop special tooling for demanding applications not only for the pharmaceutical industry. We use special materials & alloy steels for providing longer life & stability to the tooling. With a variety of coatings on surfaces, the quality of tablets as well as different manufacturing challenges can be resolved.
The main function of this step is to clean and dry the contaminated parts by using multiple baths of Ultrasonic cleaning System
Separation of loose contamination from the components
Separation of previous stages cleaning tresses on the component
Drying of components by Hot air blown from all sides of the tank
After above complete cleaning cycles, a layer of rust preventive oil is applied on the cleaned components
Applicable to protect the tools with food grade rust preventive oil, which improves the tool life on the press. The same is available in non-toxic, rust preventive, corrosion resistant & food grade
Optimum utilization of space for storing punches, dies & other spare parts in vertical or horizontal design. The same can be customized as per availability of floor space.
