Dosamatic plus volumetric filler

Dosamatic Plus is a pneumatic dispenser for dosing several kind of products. The machine allows the filling of food, chemical, cosmetic, or pharmaceutical products into diverse type of bottles and jars. The Dosamatic Plus can even fill high density products as well as products with particles in them. Our dispensing machines are designed with extreme care, and can operate without interruptions. The machine doses from 200 up to 5000 ml per bottle. The Dosamatic Plus works based on compressed air and does not need electricity or external pumps to aspire the product.

Doselite volumetric filler

This pneumatic dosing machine allows you to precisely dose small or big quantities of product. The machine can be used to dose food, chemical, cosmetic, or pharmaceutical products – you can even fill particularly dense products with the Doselite. The machine allows you to fill your products into jars and bottles of any material. Doselite allows you to dose quantities between 0 and 1300ml.

Filling-capping machine for spouted pouches

This semiautomatic air driven machine is suitable for filling and capping flexible pouches (with an already existing spout) with liquid/semi-liquid products by mean of a Doselite® volumetric piston filler and closing the same with one size of plastic screw cap. All the parts in contact with the product are manufactured with AISI 316 L stainless steel and food grade gaskets.

Jarselite

Semi-automatic machine equipped with DOSELITE and/or DOSAMATIC PLUS piston pump with fully pneumatic operation, suitable for filling (even at high temperatures) with liquid and dense products, with or without pieces in suspension and the subsequent capping of jars and bottles with twist off cap. The product can be sucked directly from the cooker and/or preparation tank or it can be loaded manually by the operator through a hopper.

Pouchelite

Semi-automatic pneumatically operated machine suitable for filling and capping flexible doypack-type bags (with already welded spout) with liquid and/or semi-dense products by means of a Doselite volumetric dosing pump. All parts in contact with the product are made of 316L stainless steel and suitable for contact with food, cosmetics, chemical and pharmaceutical products.

Semi automatic monoblock for filling and capping jars

This semiautomatic air driven machine is suitable for filling and capping jars and or other containers with liquid / semiliquid products by mean of a Doselite® volumetric piston filler with and closing the same with 1 size of twist off cap. All the parts in contact with the product are manufactured with AISI 316L stainless steel and food grade gaskets.

Vertical volumetric filler

Our volumetric dosing machines allow manufacturers to dose liquid or semi-dense liquids – may they be alimentary, cosmetical and/or chemical products. These machines are, for example, the perfect equipment to package oil into tin cans. However, also other alimentary or chemical liquids can be filled into diverse types of packaging. The materials and gaskets of the machine are suitable for the processing of alimentary or chemical products.
